Mom feels hot

Mom normally feels pretty cool, and never feels hot. Dad is normally hot.  Today was the first time that mom felt hot. She had to take off her jacket for the entire lunch.

Yesterday, she was laying on her side and she felt your big head push up against her belly. It was a very hard and round head and it was a very interesting feeling for her. It was a little shocking because she didn't expect your head to stick out so much.

Dad felt you - 17 weeks

Tonight, right after dinner, dad put his hand on mom's belly and felt you kick! You must be ready to be a kung fu star.  I also felt you kick while mom was lying in bed. Mom feels you kick regularly, even during the day now. She thought she felt you kick a lot last night too.  :)

First time mom felt you

Tonight, as mom was lying down to go to sleep, she felt you. It felt like something inside kicked twice gently. It was right after mom's stomach growled. Mom cried.

Mom's belly is starting to show today. It sticks out in front of her, so now she thinks you will be a boy.

Scared but everything is fine. We heard your heartbeat.

Today, mommy and daddy were a little scared because mom was bleeding. We went to the doctor and everything is fine. We got to see you again and hear your fast heartbeat. I took a video and it's below.  Mommy thinks you may be a girl now.
